Servio Platform

1. Introduction
Servio is operated by PremiaGo LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, having its registered office at:

By accessing or using Servio (website, iOS app, Android app), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
Servio is a technology marketplace platform.
Servio:
- Connects Clients and Providers
- Facilitates payments via third-party processors (e.g. Stripe)
- Provides escrow functionality
- Provides dispute resolution tools
Servio is NOT:
- A contractor
- An employer
- An agent of either party
- Responsible for performance of services
- Responsible for materials, tools, or outcomes
All services are provided solely by Providers.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter contracts
- Comply with applicable laws
4. Accounts
Users may register as:
- Client
- Provider
Providers must complete identity verification (KYC) before publishing services or receiving payments.
Servio may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
5. Services and Booking
Services may be:
- On-site (primary focus)
- Remote (if listed)
Bookings may be:
- Fixed price
- Hourly
- Milestone-based
Both parties may define milestones. Servio may provide milestone templates.
6. Payments and Escrow
All payments are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe).
Clients pay in advance.
Funds are held in escrow until:
- Client confirms completion; OR
- 7 days pass after Provider marks milestone as completed and no dispute is opened.
If no action is taken within 7 days — automatic release.
Servio deducts its service fee from the Provider.
Servio is not responsible for:
- Bank delays
- Payment processor errors
- Currency fluctuations
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic.
Processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may occur only:
- If both parties agree; OR
- Via dispute resolution decision.
Partial refunds may be issued in milestone cases.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Jobs may be rescheduled only with mutual agreement.
Servio does not guarantee cancellations.
9. Dispute Resolution (Platform Level)
Either party may open a dispute within 7 days of submission.
Before opening a dispute, parties must attempt resolution via in-app chat.
Servio may review:
- Chat logs
- Images
- Videos
- Timestamps
- Location check-in/out data
- Other relevant evidence
Servio may decide:
- Full release
- Partial release
- Full refund
Servio's decision is final within the platform.
10. Location and Check-In
During active jobs, Providers may be required to:
- Check-in
- Check-out
Approximate location data may be collected during active service only.
11. Provider Responsibilities
Providers are solely responsible for:
- Quality of work
- Tools and materials
- Compliance with laws
- Taxes (VAT, income tax, etc.)
- Holding appropriate insurance
Servio does not verify or guarantee insurance coverage.
12. Taxes
Providers are solely responsible for all taxes arising from services.
Servio acts solely as a marketplace intermediary.
13. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Bypass the platform for payment
- Share contact details before booking
- Perform illegal services
- Harass or discriminate
- Upload false evidence
- Misuse the dispute system
Violation may result in permanent ban.
14. Reviews and Content
Users may post ratings, reviews, and before/after images.
By posting content, you grant Servio a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for platform and marketing purposes.
15. Intellectual Property
Servio platform, branding, software, and design are owned by PremiaGo LLC.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
DMCA takedown procedures apply for copyright claims.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Servio shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Service quality
- Provider negligence
- Lost profits
- Indirect damages
Servio's total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid to Servio in the preceding 12 months.
17. No Warranty
The platform is provided "AS IS".
Servio makes no guarantees regarding:
- Service results
- Provider qualifications
- Job completion
18. Arbitration & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any dispute not resolved through the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
Users waive:
- Right to jury trial
- Right to participate in class actions
19. Force Majeure
Servio is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
20. Termination
Servio may suspend or terminate any account at any time.
21. Changes to Terms
Servio may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
